GERO Construction & Development Ltd. will maintain the following insurance during the construction period:

 

   Property Insurance

• Property Insurance (insuring material assets against physical loss or damage), Course of Construction Insurance for the project which covers physical risks associated with the project. I.e., The cost of making good damages to the project while under construction.

 

    Liability Insurance

• Liability Insurance (insures GERO and its employees legal liability for injuries or property damage to others, Umbrella Liability Insurance in the amount of $4,000,000.00.

 

    Commercial Automobile Insurance
